At ISUN Scientific Co., Ltd., a highly meaningful and valuable activity—the Reading Club—is gradually becoming a significant part of the company's cultural development.


To effectively stimulate employees' enthusiasm for reading, create a strong learning atmosphere, and build a learning-oriented organizational culture, ISUN regularly holds Reading Club sessions every week. As of now, two sessions have been successfully held, with three speakers invited to share their reading insights each time. Books shared include *Hyper-Efficient Time Management*, *The Checklist Manifesto*, *Think Again*, and *The Fasting Feeling*. The topics of these books are diverse and profound, covering areas such as improving work efficiency, innovating thinking patterns, and exploring life philosophies, providing employees with multiple perspectives and pathways for thought.

Currently, the Reading Club adopts a hybrid online and offline format, allowing all employees from ISUN's subsidiaries to participate, making it highly adaptable. During the sessions, the principle of openness and inclusivity is upheld, with no restrictions on reading topics or sharing formats. Employees are encouraged to share their reading insights in diverse ways, whether through in-depth analysis of the book's core ideas, personal reflections based on their experiences, or lively discussions on the book's viewpoints. This fosters the exchange and collision of ideas, enabling every participant to gain knowledge and expand their thinking.

The ISUN Reading Club will always adhere to the respect and return to the essence of reading. The value of reading lies more in the process than in pursuing a specific outcome. It is fundamentally different from traditional meetings, as it does not require reaching a definitive answer or consensus during the session. The diverse collision of ideas and the intertwining of different perspectives during the reading exchange are themselves invaluable gains. Of course, if some common ideas or concepts naturally emerge during the discussion, that would be an added bonus. However, even if they do not, the personal reflections and knowledge accumulation gained by each employee during the process are equally significant for their personal development and the overall cultural improvement of the company.


In the future, while continuing the single-speaker sharing format, the ISUN Reading Club will further supplement its content based on employees' job requirements, age differences, and diverse interests. For example, to meet specific career development needs, workplace etiquette-themed activities will be planned to help employees acquire professional knowledge and practical experience. For the younger employees (90s and 00s generations), topics related to current social issues will be set to stimulate their enthusiasm for participating in social discussions and cultivate their social insight and deep thinking abilities. Through such targeted planning, the Reading Club aims to gradually achieve the goal of enriching and diversifying its themes to meet the personalized needs and knowledge demands of different employee groups.


It is believed that with continuous advancement in the future, the ISUN Reading Club will attract more employees to actively participate, becoming a vibrant and effective platform for knowledge exchange and growth. This was the question raised by the speaker during the first ISUN Reading Club session while sharing insights from the book *Hyper-Efficient Time Management*.


In daily work and life, we pay meticulous attention to material wealth, as every financial transaction affects our nerves because the increase or decrease of money is directly related to our material living standards and economic security. However, life, as the most precious wealth, often fades away unnoticed amidst our busy and trivial routines. We are accustomed to procrastinating in lengthy annual plans, wasting a lot of time on meaningless tasks and inefficient processes, as if time were an inexhaustible resource.

The book *Hyper-Efficient Time Management* advocates breaking this numbness and waste of time. As a book focused on time management strategies, it has a clear direction. Delving into its core essence, the book innovatively proposes redefining the concept of a "year" as 12 weeks.
