Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop the company's product and technology roadmap and business strategies, organize the formulation of strategic plans for the R&D system, design and execute R&D plans to achieve technological innovation goals;

2. Lead and oversee the R&D of hollow fiber membrane materials for hemodialysis, including but not limited to:

1) Formulation design and spinning preparation of hollow fiber membranes, functional modification, anticoagulation optimization, dialyzer assembly, etc.;

2) Performance evaluation and optimization of membrane and dialyzer products;

3) Guide production line quality control;

4) Build and improve the R&D team and laboratory.

3. Deeply understand the technological forefront and clinical needs in the company's product-related fields, possess the ability to solve major technical issues in product R&D and production, guide and complete the upgrade and development of new products, conduct thematic research on technical challenges, and organize the R&D team to tackle technical difficulties;

4. Ensure the R&D team completes the development of new materials, technologies, and product models with independent intellectual property rights on time, with quality and quantity guaranteed;

5. Analyze the structure, functional characteristics, patents, and development trends of similar domestic and international products, and provide technical analysis reports or proposals for new technologies and products;

6. Represent the company in establishing academic exchanges and technical communication channels with influential industry leaders, academics, and hospital systems both domestically and internationally;

7. Organize the application for various R&D projects and technology patents;

8. Assist the R&D President in managing the company's daily operations;

9. Complete other tasks assigned by the President.
